Capital Salad with Chicken and Mushrooms
A very delicious, multi-component salad, the recipe of which reminds of the Olivier salad. The Capital salad with chicken and mushrooms is very hearty, it has a rich taste and will be suitable for large celebrations, your guests will be satisfied.
Carrot
1 unit (100 g)
Potatoes
3 units (14.1 oz)
Mushrooms
7.1 oz (preferably white)
Eggs
3 units
Green peas
1/2 can
Pickles
3 units
Chicken Meat
14.1 oz (fillet)
Mayonnaise
3.5 oz
Horseradish
2 tbsp
To prepare the Capital Salad with Chicken and Mushrooms, boil and dice the vegetables and eggs.
Dice the chicken fillet and pickles.
Fry the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil. Drain the green peas.
Combine all the ingredients, mix and dress with mayonnaise and horseradish.
Place the Capital Salad with Chicken and Mushrooms on a plate, using a special mold, decorate with slices of fresh cucumber and tomato.
