An unusual recipe for jellied salad. This dish will please you with its appearance and taste. The flavor somewhat resembles okroshka. Jellied meat and jellied fish, more common dishes, try making jellied salad!
Kefir
2 3/4 cups (or yogurt)
Mayonnaise
3/4 cup
Carrots
2 pcs. (cooked)
Pickles
3-4 pcs. (pickled)
Eggs
2 pcs. (cooked)
Sausage
1/2 cup (ham)
Gelatin
3 tsp.
Salt
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Green onions
To prepare white jellied salad, dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup of boiling water, then add room temperature yogurt and mayonnaise.
Add finely chopped eggs.
Diced cooked carrots.
Also diced pickles.
And ham.
Add finely chopped onions and salt to taste. Mix everything.
Take suitable molds (I use yogurt cups), grease with vegetable oil, pour in the salad and refrigerate for 5-6 hours or overnight until set.
If you have special pretty molds, you can serve the white jellied salad directly in them, or you can remove the salad from the mold and beautifully arrange it on lettuce leaves, additionally garnishing with herbs.
