The salad is light, yet filling and very delicious. Recipe of the salad somehow resembles Chinese cuisine. Give it a try!
Cucumbers

Chicken Breast
1/2 breast
Egg
1 pc
Sweet Bell Pepper
1 pc
Olive Oil
1 tbsp
Soy Sauce
1 tbsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Green Onion
Salt
to taste
For garnishing vegetable salad with chicken and omelette, you will need thin strips of omelette. To do this, lightly beat an egg with salt and fry it on one side. Cut the resulting omelette into thin noodles.
Boil the chicken breast. Once cooled, cut the meat into small cubes.
Slice the cucumbers into half-moons.
Julienne the sweet bell pepper.
Combine all salad ingredients, add soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, mix thoroughly, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Before serving the vegetable salad with chicken and omelette, sprinkle with the omelette noodles.
