A recipe for a festive and delicious Olivier salad with a twist. The beloved "Olivier" salad with a fresh twist from the apple.

To prepare the Olivier salad with apple, wash the vegetables - potatoes and carrots. Boil them without peeling until soft. Then remove from the broth and let them cool. Boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes from the moment the water starts boiling, then let them cool in cold water. Peel and dice the eggs, carrots, and potatoes. Do the same with the pickles and ham. Peel and dice the onion and apple into small cubes.
In a convenient container, combine ham, potatoes, carrots, eggs, onion, pickles, and apple. Add drained peas, season with a little salt, and add freshly ground pepper to taste.
