Beet Salad with Smoked Herring
Another quick and easy recipe for a salad. A very interesting combination is obtained, if you like it spicier, increase the amount of garlic and add a little red pepper.
Beets
2 cups
Smoked Herring
1 piece (herring)
Garlic
2-3 cloves
Walnuts
5-6 pieces
Mayonnaise
To prepare beet salad with smoked herring, boil the beets, peel them, and dice them finely.
Peel the herring, remove the flesh, remove all the bones, and also dice it finely.
Grate the garlic on a fine grater, chop the walnuts (not too finely).
Combine all the ingredients, add mayonnaise to taste – beet salad with smoked herring is ready!
