Watermelon - everyone loves the freshness and taste of this big berry? I offer a recipe for a quick, light, and refreshing summer salad. The salad has an original taste and is very healthy!
Cheese
1 cup (feta or brie)
Apples
1 large
Watermelon
1 cup
Lemon Juice
3.5 fl oz
Olive Oil
3-4 tbsp
Walnuts
1/2 cup (chopped)
Honey
1 tsp
Salt
to taste
To prepare salad with cheese, apple, and watermelon, take a watermelon, cut off the rind, remove all the seeds. Cut the watermelon flesh into 2x2 cm cubes. Cut the cheese and apple in a similar way.
In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, honey, and lemon juice. Pour this dressing over our salad, mix well. Add salt to taste if needed.
Sprinkle the salad with chopped walnuts on top. You can use any other nuts according to your preference.
