Crab Salad with Mushrooms
A salad prepared according to this recipe turns out to be hearty and has a pronounced mushroom flavor. Cucumbers and herbs give it freshness. Sour cream can also be used for dressing such a salad.
Mushrooms
17.6 oz (button mushrooms)
Crab Sticks
14.1 oz
Eggs
5 pcs (hard-boiled)
Cucumbers
4-5 pcs (fresh)
Onion
1 pc
Mayonnaise
Parsley
To prepare crab salad with mushrooms, finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in vegetable oil.
Dice the cucumbers and eggs, cut the crab sticks into strips, and finely dice the onion.
Mix everything together, season with salt to taste, and add finely chopped parsley.
Dress the crab salad with mushrooms with mayonnaise and serve on a shared platter or individually.
