Recipe for a delicious and healthy salad, it is one of the traditional Georgian dishes. The salad is filling and very tasty, with aromatic spices, a little spiciness, and of course, walnuts. It won't take you much time to prepare, the longest process is boiling the beef. You can do this in advance and assemble the salad in 10 minutes.


 

Beef (raw meat)
1.1 lbs
Yellow onion
1 pc
Vinegar
1-2 tbsp
Bell pepper
1 pc
Walnuts
2.1 oz
Red beans (canned)
3.5 oz
Cilantro
1 bunch
Hmeli-suneli
1 tbsp
Cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp
Salt
to taste
Olive oil
3-4 tbsp
To prepare the Tbilisi Salad, boil the beef until cooked and cut it into small pieces.
Thinly slice the onion into half rings, add vinegar, mix, and let it marinate for a while.
Prepare the remaining ingredients. Open the can of beans and drain, removing any excess liquid. Slice the bell pepper into thin strips. Chop the walnuts. Also, measure the spices and herbs, I have frozen ones.
Instead of bell pepper, you can put 2 minced garlic cloves, it's up to you. You can lightly toast the walnuts in a frying pan, they will be more aromatic.
Combine all the ingredients in a convenient dish, add salt to taste and olive oil. Mix well. Tbilisi Salad is ready! Enjoy your meal!
