Another recipe for a festive and attractive salad. You won't need to buy any special products for this salad, all the ingredients are familiar to us, they combine perfectly with each other and make this salad very delicious. The salad decoration speaks for itself, and you will receive a lot of compliments from your guests if you prepare it.
Potatoes
5-6 potatoes

3 eggs
Chicken Meat
1 large chicken breast or 2 small ones
Pickled Cucumbers
4-5 cucumbers
Cheese
100g (hard cheese)
Onion
1 large onion
Mushrooms
8-9 oz (champignon mushrooms)
Mayonnaise

To prepare the Pineapple Salad, boil and cool the potatoes, chicken breast, and eggs. Then grate the potatoes, eggs, and cheese on a coarse grater.
Dice the onion and sauté it in 1 tbsp of vegetable oil. Slice the mushrooms thinly and also sauté them. Cut the meat into small cubes.
Take a suitable dish (preferably oval-shaped) and layer the salad to form a pineapple. Season each layer with salt and create a light grid of mayonnaise. Start by laying out the potatoes, then the sautéed onions, followed by half of the chicken meat, and on top, the finely diced cucumbers.
Layer the meat again, followed by cheese, then grated eggs. The final layer consists of sautéed mushrooms. This step requires carefulness, a little time, and patience. Now, carefully insert the onion into the salad from one side and trim it to the desired length. Pineapple Salad is ready!
It's best to use large spring onions with wide blades for a more realistic appearance.
