This salad is especially relevant in the winter-spring period when we lack vitamins so much. It is healthy and very tasty. For those who like, prunes can be added to the recipe.

Walnuts

Garlic
3-4 cloves
Sour Cream

To prepare the beet salad with walnuts and garlic, start by boiling the beets, let them cool, and peel. Grate the beets coarsely. Peel the carrot and also grate it coarsely (raw). Finely chop the garlic.
Peel the walnuts, chop them not too finely, and lightly toast them in a dry pan.
If you don't like large walnut pieces in the salad, you can chop them in a blender.
Mix the beets, carrots, sour cream, and walnuts. Taste and add salt and sugar as needed.
