Salad with Feta Cheese and Sunflower Seeds

Recipe for a beautiful and delicious salad. The appearance and taste of the salad are just as good as the Greek salad, and the sunflower seeds add a special touch. If the salad is intended for a festive table, you can prepare it with the addition of bell peppers of different colors, which will further decorate this tasty dish.

To prepare the salad with feta cheese and sunflower seeds, tear the lettuce leaves and basil into small pieces. Finely chop the green onions, and on the contrary, cut the tomatoes into large pieces. Then cut the olives into slices and the feta cheese into cubes.

You can crumble or grate the feta cheese. And it's better to use less salty cheese.

Add finely chopped garlic and sunflower seeds dried in a dry skillet. Gently mix all the salad ingredients. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add lemon juice.

Instead of lemon juice, you can use wine vinegar. It is preferable to mix and dress the salad with feta cheese and sunflower seeds just before serving.
