Recipe for a delicious and very healthy salad that can be prepared in just a few minutes. The salad is bright, juicy, and aromatic. This salad pairs well with meat, chicken, or fish, and can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
Carrots
1.75 cups
Bell Pepper
1 pc (red)
Garlic
1-2 cloves
Salt
0.5 tsp
Vinegar
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
3 tbsp
Black Pepper
ground
Parsley
To prepare the Vitamin Salad, wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into large pieces.
Remove the seeds from the bell pepper, cut it into pieces, and sauté in a pan with a small amount of oil. Let it cool.
In a blender, finely chop the carrots and bell pepper (not for too long). Add finely chopped parsley, minced garlic, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix everything well.
Place the Vitamin Salad in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve with fish or meat.
