This salad has an exquisite taste! Here is just the perfect combination of ingredients, spices and herbs! Acetili is a collective name for several dozen dishes in Georgian cuisine. Their feature is that the products are not cut, but torn by hand into fibers.


 

Eggplant
1 large
Red sweet pepper
2 pcs.
Smoked chicken breast
7.05 oz
Blue or white onion
1 pc.
Walnuts
3.53 oz
Pomegranate (seeds)
1.76 oz
Cilantro
1.76 oz
Garlic
2 cloves
Dressing
Salt
to taste
Ground black pepper
1/3 tsp.
Khmeli-suneli
1 tsp.
Adjika
1 tsp.
Red wine vinegar
3 tbsp
Olive oil
1 tbsp
To prepare Acetili salad, place the sweet pepper and eggplant on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Make a small incision in the eggplant. Put in a preheated oven at 375°F for 35-40 minutes. The vegetables should become tender.
Meanwhile, chop the garlic, finely chop the nuts and herbs, tear the meat into fibers, and thinly slice the onion.
Remove the cooked vegetables from the oven and let them cool. Then peel off the skin and tear into fibers (strips).
Prepare the dressing for the salad by simply mixing everything in a suitable container.
Combine all the prepared ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing and gently mix. Be sure to taste and, if necessary, add salt or pepper to taste.
Acetili Salad is ready! Plate it on a large beautiful dish, garnish with bright pomegranate seeds, and serve.
For spicy lovers, you can additionally decorate the salad with thin slices of green chili pepper.
