Coffee "Bom-Bon"
A recipe for Spanish coffee - delicious, beautiful, and exquisite. Coffee "Bom-Bon" is served in low transparent glasses (Irish coffee mugs). There are no specific gram quantities of ingredients in the recipe, as it depends on the size of the glass you use. Simply mentally divide the glass into 3 parts and pour the corresponding ingredients. Very beautiful and elegant!
Condensed Milk
Ice
a few cubes
Coffee
espresso
To prepare Coffee "Bom-Bon", fill the glass with condensed milk to 1/3.
Then slowly pour in the coffee.
Next, blend ice cubes with a small amount of coffee in a blender to create a beautiful light brown foam. Spoon it on top of the coffee.
Coffee "Bom-Bon" is ready to be served.
