Recipe for a healthy drink - milk made from oat flakes. By consuming this milk, we energize ourselves and cleanse our vessels from cholesterol, thanks to the protein and fiber it contains. The milk itself has a neutral taste. You can drink it as it is, or better yet, mix it with fruits, blend them, and have it for breakfast, for example. Oat milk is used in the preparation of various soups (for example, in making beetroot cream soup).
Oat flakes
1 cup (not quick-cooking)
Water
3 cups
Honey
2-3 tsp (or sugar)
Salt
a pinch
Cinnamon
a pinch
To prepare oat milk, soak the flakes in cold water and leave for 8-10 hours.
Then blend everything, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Add honey, salt, and cinnamon to taste.
Mix well, and oat milk is ready!
