Recipe for a soft and airy cake with an amazing taste. Topped with chocolate glaze... a very delicious cake. It is easy to make, just mix all the ingredients and bake. And with a food processor, the dough preparation process takes just a few minutes.
For the dough:
Flour
70 g
Starch
50 g
Sugar
90 g
Butter
100 g
Eggs
5 pcs (5 egg yolks + 3 egg whites)
Condensed milk
40 g
Baking powder
1/2 tsp
Liqueur
2 tbsp "Amaretto"
For the glaze:
Butter
40 g
Chocolate
40 g
To prepare cake in chocolate glaze, beat butter with sugar until fluffy and light in color.
Then add the egg yolks one by one, beating thoroughly each time. Also add the condensed milk, liqueur, and beat.
Add sifted flour mixed with starch and baking powder.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold (using a spatula) into the batter.
Transfer the batter into a mold and bake for an hour at a temperature of 170 degrees. For the glaze, melt chocolate with butter in a water bath. Remove the finished cake from the mold and pour the chocolate glaze over it.
Use a baking pan with a diameter of 16 cm with a hole. Grease the pan with butter and dust with flour, if using a silicone pan, this step is not necessary.
