To prepare pancakes with apples and meringue, first make pancakes according to the recipe for tasty pancakes with water.
In principle, you can use any pancake recipe. The main thing is that they should be thin so that they can be easily rolled up.
Peel and dice the apples. Stew the apples in a dry skillet for about 5 minutes. Then add sugar and cinnamon, stew for another 5-7 minutes. Let it cool.
Place the filling on the pancake, roll it up like a roulade.
Cut into pieces about 1-1.5 cm wide. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the rolls on it.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
Using a pastry bag (or a spoon), place the meringue on the rolls. Place in a preheated oven at 100 degrees and bake for 20-30 minutes.
