Dough prepared according to this recipe does not stick to your hands, is easy to work with, and does not tear during cooking. The ready dumplings are very soft, tender, and in my opinion, even tastier on the second day. And after freezing, the taste remains the same and they cook without any issues. Highly recommend!
Water

To prepare boiled dough for dumplings and pelmeni, pour water into a small saucepan, add butter, a pinch of salt, and bring it to a boil.
Pour 1 cup of flour into the boiling water and quickly mix to avoid lumps. It's more convenient to do this with a fork. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Then add the eggs one by one, stirring well after each addition.
After that, add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Boiled dough for dumplings and pelmeni is ready, and you can work with it now.
