Kefir

To make the miracle kefir dough, you will need very little time. Pour kefir into a bowl, add sugar, salt, oil, and flour. Add enough flour to make a pliable dough, not too stiff. Knead the dough.
Then roll out the dough into a layer about 2 inches thick. Take 1.5 tsp. of baking soda and divide this amount into 3 parts. Take one part of soda and sprinkle (try to do it evenly) over the rolled out dough. You can pat down the soda slightly on top with your hand.
Do not worry, this amount of soda does not give a noticeable taste.
Fold the dough like an envelope, roll it out again, and sprinkle with soda. Repeat the same procedure for the third time: roll out, sprinkle, and fold. This time, you do not need to roll out the dough, place it in a container and let it rest in a warm place.
