Hanum-rulet (hanuma)

Hanum-rulet (hanuma) - фото рецепта
Hanum is a meat roll steamed dish. Recipe of the Uzbek national cuisine. There is such a traditional meat dish of the Central Asian peoples - manty, so hanum (or hanuma) is one of the variations of this dish. It turns out very hearty and delicious! This roll caused a storm of positive emotions in my family. The taste of hanum is reminiscent of vareniki with meat, the real ones!
Flour
500 g
Water
200 g
Egg
1 pc
Salt
5 g
Lamb meat
500 g
Onion
250 g
Carrot
150-200 g
Black pepper
To prepare hanum-rulet, knead the dough from flour, water, egg, and salt in the usual way. Divide it into 3 parts. Roll each part into a ball and leave it covered with a towel for 30 minutes.
Pass the meat through a meat grinder (use the finest grate) together with onions and carrots. Then add salt, black ground pepper, and mix well.
Roll out each ball of dough to a thickness of 1 mm and grease with oil.
Spread the filling evenly on the sheets of dough and roll them up into rolls, pinching the edges so that the juice does not leak out.
Steam the rolls for 40 minutes, greasing the steamer rack and the rolls themselves with oil beforehand.
Cut the ready rolls into pieces 4-6 cm long and arrange them on a dish. Serve hanum with sour cream and chopped greens - parsley, dill, and a little cilantro.
