A recipe for a healthy, delicious, and low-calorie dessert. I really love pumpkin, and for me, this dessert is simply magical. But even for those who are not big fans of this vegetable, I think they will enjoy this recipe. The taste of pumpkin is not too strong, it is complemented by the apple in combination with sour cream, raisins, and honey. Give it a try, it's very delicious!
Pumpkin
1.7 lbs
Apples
2 pcs
Butter
2 tbsp
Raisins
1/3 cup
Sour Cream
2/3 cup (liquid)
Honey
1 tbsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Walnuts
or any other nuts
Breadcrumbs
or semolina
To prepare baked pumpkin with apples, cut the pumpkin into small pieces (as desired). Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina. Lay out the pumpkin pieces.
If you want a sweeter dessert, you can sprinkle the pumpkin with a little sugar.
On top of the pumpkin, place raisins and thinly sliced apples.
Mix together sour cream, honey, and cinnamon. Pour the mixture over the apples.
Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 446 degrees Fahrenheit. Serve the baked pumpkin with apples in ramekins, top with a dollop of sour cream and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Additionally, I decorated the dessert with corn flakes, a small cherry, and a sprig of mint. A miracle, not just a dessert!
