Eggs
3 hard-boiled (yolks)
Olive Oil
3.4 fl oz
Pickles (pickled cucumbers)
2 pcs
Salt
a pinch
Lemon
1 pc (juice)
Mustard
2 tsp
Parsley
a small bunch
To prepare tartar sauce, thoroughly mash the yolks with a fork.
Add mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Beat everything thoroughly until creamy.
Add parsley and finely chopped pickles.
Mix the tartar sauce well. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little olive oil to it.
