Sour Cream
4 tbsp
Mustard
2 tsp
Eggs
2 pcs (hard-boiled, yolks only)
Black Pepper
a pinch, ground
Salt
a pinch
Vinegar
1 tbsp (wine or apple)
Sugar
1 tsp
To prepare the sour cream sauce, thoroughly mix the sour cream, mustard, and boiled egg yolks to avoid lumps forming.
Add vinegar, salt, sugar, and pepper. Mix again until you have a uniform mixture.
