Water
3 tbsp (boiled)
Salt

Black Pepper
a pinch of ground
Walnuts
1 1/4 cups
Sunflower Oil
1 tbsp (refined)
To prepare the sour cream and walnut sauce, finely chop the herbs. Chop the walnuts by running them through a meat grinder or using a blender.
Combine walnuts, vegetable oil, water, black ground pepper, sour cream, and herbs.
Thoroughly mix the sauce until smooth and add salt to taste.
Sour cream and walnut sauce goes well with dishes made from vegetables, fish, and potatoes (hash browns, potato balls).
