Recipe for a very delicious and filling creamy soup. I like it because it has a bright vegetable flavor, namely sweet peppers and tomatoes. You can use any pasta you like for the soup.


Chicken breast
1-2 pieces
Sweet pepper
1 piece
2 pieces
3 cloves
3-4 cups
20% cream
3/4-1 cup
Hard cheese
1/2 cup
Spaghetti (3mm)
2.5 oz
to taste
Black pepper
to taste
Smoked paprika
to taste
To make creamy chicken and tomato soup, take chicken breast and cut it in half lengthwise into 2 or 3 pieces. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika on all sides. Let marinate for 20-30 minutes.
If the chicken breast is large, one is enough. If the breasts are small, you can use 2 pieces.
Then, in a pot, fry the chicken in olive oil or any other vegetable oil until golden brown.
Remove the chicken and in the same pot, fry the finely diced sweet pepper, tomatoes, and minced garlic for 1-2 minutes.
Next, add broth, diced chicken, and spaghetti (I broke them into smaller pieces). Cook for about 10-12 minutes.
You can use plain water instead of broth.
Finally, add the cream, grated cheese, and herbs. Bring to a boil and the creamy chicken and tomato soup is ready! Turn off the heat and enjoy!
