to taste
To prepare chicken and vegetable lavash, finely chop the cabbage, add salt, squeeze out excess liquid, and add pepper.
Dice eggs, bell pepper, tomatoes, and chicken into small cubes, and grate the carrot (like for Korean salad). Mix everything together and add mayonnaise, the filling is ready.
You can customize the filling to your taste, for example, you can replace the meat with shrimp or crab sticks, use sour cream instead of mayonnaise, etc. (you can get creative here)
Finely chop parsley and dill, and tear the lettuce leaves by hand.
Take the lavash, first spread a teaspoon of mustard evenly, then spread the filling and herbs on top. Roll the lavash so that one end is sealed. Chicken and vegetable lavash is ready.
You can roll the lavash like an envelope (similar to how we roll pancakes) and pan-fry on both sides in a small amount of vegetable oil, this way it will be crispy. Serve this lavash hot.
