Sweet Peppers
2 pieces
Goat Cheese
3.5 oz
Olive Oil
Dill
Parsley
Sesame Seeds
To prepare sweet pepper rolls with goat cheese, you need to bake the peppers in the oven on a rack until blackened (the oven should be preheated to the maximum) for about 30 minutes.
You can also do this directly on a gas stove using tongs. Simply place the pepper on the tong and turn it occasionally to roast evenly.
Then transfer the peppers to a food bag and set aside to cool for about 10 minutes.
Once the peppers have cooled, remove the top skin (it comes off very easily), clean out the seeds, and divide each pepper into 4 parts.
Place a piece of goat cheese on each strip of pepper and roll it up into a roll.
You can also use feta cheese as a substitute for goat cheese, or cottage cheese with salt and herbs would also work.
