Airy and mouth-melting cheese meringue donuts. This recipe is not complicated, and these donuts can be quickly prepared for the arrival of guests to complement a vegetable salad, which will be very beautiful and delicious. To prepare cheese meringue donuts, grate the cheese on the finest grater.
Whip cold egg whites at maximum mixer speed with a pinch of salt. A fluffy foam should form, this will take 5-7 minutes.
Combine the whipped egg whites with the cheese and gently mix.
Now, using a teaspoon, scoop a little of the mixture, with another spoon or wet fingers, lightly shaping a ball on the spoon.
Submerge the balls in hot oil and fry until golden brown. The balls will increase in size during frying.
