Another quick and easy appetizer recipe - stuffed eggs. My mom always used to stuff eggs with liver. But in my family, we're not fans of liver, and everyone loved this recipe, the filling turns out very tasty.
Eggs
5 eggs (hard-boiled)
Cheese
2 tbsp (grated hard cheese)
Garlic
1 clove
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp
Mushrooms
5.3 oz (champignon mushrooms)
Salt
to taste
Black Pepper
to taste
Dill
2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Parsley
for garnish
To prepare eggs stuffed with cheese, herbs, and mushrooms, first peel the eggs, cut them in half, and carefully remove the yolks. Mash the yolks separately with a fork.
Finely chop the mushrooms and fry them in a small amount of oil.
Add cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, mushrooms, salt, pepper, and herbs to the yolks. Mix everything together.
Shape the prepared filling into balls and place them back into the egg whites.
Decorate the eggs with parsley leaves and a drizzle of mayonnaise. Eggs Stuffed with Cheese, Herbs, and Mushrooms are ready!
