A beautiful way to serve an appetizer and an original recipe that will not leave your guests indifferent. Chips appetizer looks great on the table, and it's also great because you can choose any filling to your liking. I really like the option with cheese and tomatoes, which I'm actually suggesting. If the filling turns out very juicy, you can use 2 chips for each serving.
Cheese
1 cup (hard)
Tomatoes
1 1/4 cups
Eggs
2 pcs. (boiled)
Garlic
2 cloves
Green onions
Dill
Mayonnaise
Chips
"Pringles" (or other wide chips)
Olives
for decoration
To prepare the chips appetizer, grate cheese and boiled egg whites, finely chop herbs. Also, finely chop the tomatoes, if very juicy, drain the juice. Mix everything, add minced garlic, mayonnaise, and mix again.
Spread the mixture on the chips, sprinkle with grated egg yolk on one side, and top with half an olive. Serve the chips appetizer immediately. Enjoy your meal!
