These wings will be a great snack with beer (for those who love this drink), but french fries and vegetables will also be suitable. This recipe can also be used for barbecue wings. The wings turn out very tasty and crispy!


 

Chicken Wings

For the marinade:
Egg
1 pc
Salt
1 tsp
Soy Sauce
1.5 tbsp
Vegetable Oil
1.5 tbsp
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp
Ground Black Pepper
1 tsp
Ground Allspice
0.5 tsp
Curry
1 tsp
Ginger (powder)
0.5 tsp
Coriander
1 tsp
Baking Soda
1 tsp
To prepare oven-baked chicken wings, first wash the wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
Now let's prepare the marinade, combine all the ingredients except for the baking soda in a suitable-sized bowl (this is where we will also place the wings later). Mix them slightly.
You can adjust salt and spices slightly according to your taste.
Finally, add the baking soda and mix again using a whisk. The mixture will foam slightly and become airier.
Place the wings in the prepared marinade and mix well.
Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Drizzle a little of the remaining marinade on top. Put the baking tray in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
Then, remove, flip the wings, and put them back in the oven for another 25 minutes (at the same temperature).
