In this recipe, it is better to use beef liver, although any other kind will do. The dish is low in calories and nutritious. If you like prunes, feel free to add them to the dish, it will be very tasty.

Apples
2 small (medium)
Onion

Curry
1/2 tsp
Ginger
1/4 tsp (powder)

To prepare braised liver with apples, peel the liver from membranes, cut it into pieces, and place it in a saucepan or skillet with a small amount of water. Simmer over low heat. Meanwhile, slice the onion into half rings.
Peel and dice the apples, do not cut the apples too finely, they should retain their shape.
After 10-15 minutes, add the onions and apples to the liver. Season with salt, pepper, add spices, and mix. Simmer until cooked (7-10 minutes).
