Liver roll with cheese looks great on a festive table, and it's very delicious. Recipe can be enhanced with sautéed mushrooms or carrots, don't be afraid to experiment!

To prepare liver roll with cheese, start by mincing the liver and onion in a meat grinder.
Thoroughly mix everything and add kefir with baking soda, eggs, flour, salt, and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, grease with vegetable oil, and pour the liver batter onto it. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Sprinkle grated cheese over the hot liver layer, spread evenly. Sprinkle with herbs and roll up the roll using the parchment paper (this may require some effort). Wrap the rolled liver roll tightly in the paper and place it back in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
Once ready, decorate the liver roll with cheese with mayonnaise and herbs on top.
