Chicken cutlets with oat flakes are made very quickly. Add finely chopped onion, flakes, milk, egg, salt, and pepper to taste to the minced meat.
Mix the minced meat well, shape into cutlets, and bread them in flour.
I used corn flour, the cutlets turn out beautiful with an appetizing yellow hue. If you don't have corn flour, use regular wheat flour or breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets on both sides in sunflower oil until golden brown.
