 How to quickly make a delicious and juicy meat filling for pies, pancakes, pies and... anything else?

Here's the recipe! Everything is simple and fast. You don't need to stand by the stove, there won't be any extra odors, and the filling will also have a slight smoky flavor. Today I'm making pancakes with meat filling!


 

Ground Pork-Beef Mixture
4 cups
Yellow Onion
2 large (big) pieces
Salt
2-2.5 tsp
Black Pepper (ground)
to taste
For Pancakes:
Eggs
2 pieces
Sugar
2 tbsp
Salt
a pinch
Milk
1 1/4 cups
Flour
Boiling Water
We will cook the meat filling in the oven by simply spreading the minced meat in an even layer on a baking sheet, seasoning it with salt and pepper to taste, and laying out chopped onions quartered.
Instinctively laid out the minced meat on parchment for baking, and it, of course, burned along the edges, but this did not prevent the minced meat from cooking:-) If the surface of the baking sheet is non-stick, you don't need to grease it with anything, if you are not sure about the quality, grease it slightly with vegetable oil before laying out the minced meat.
Place the minced meat in the upper part of the oven under the broiler at 220 °F (I have intensity markings for the broiler heating in numbers 1,2,3, I cooked on 3) for 12-15 minutes. The minced meat should brown on top, and the edges of the onions should slightly char.
Meanwhile, prepare the pancake batter. In a bowl, put eggs, a little salt and sugar and whisk. Add milk and flour to make a thick batter like for pancakes, then add boiling water to the desired liquid consistency and oil. Mix. Bake thin pancakes in the usual way.
Put the cooked minced meat together with the onions and the released liquid in a blender and blend.
The meat filling is ready, you can wrap it in pancakes.
