There are many recipes for cooking chicken wings and every housewife has her favorite one. I love to experiment and try something new. The wings prepared according to this recipe were very much loved by the whole family. In the marinade, besides garlic and spices, grape vinegar is used, it gives the meat a special flavor.
Chicken Meat
2.25 lbs (wings)
For the marinade:
Vinegar
3 tbsp (grape)
Yellow Onion
1 cup (1 onion)
Garlic
6 cloves
Cayenne Pepper
1/3 tsp (dry ground)
Curry
1 tbsp
Paprika
1 tbsp
Oregano
1 tbsp (dry)
Olive Oil
1/4 cup
Salt
To prepare garlic chicken wings, cut the wings into two parts. Cut off the tips of the wings (if present), we don't need them. These wing tips are suitable for broth.
In a deep bowl, mix finely chopped onion, garlic, vinegar, red pepper, curry, paprika, oregano, and olive oil, salt to taste. Mix well.
Add the wings, mix well with the marinade, and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours (or overnight).
Place the wings on a baking sheet along with the marinade in a single layer. Bake in the oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 1 hour. Garlic chicken wings are very tasty both hot and cold.
