A recipe for juicy chicken breasts that simply melt in your mouth. The meat ends up resembling ham, very delicious! This meat will make a perfect appetizer and can also be used for various sandwiches. A very nutritious and tasty dish, especially for children.
Chicken Breast
2 pieces
Milk
2 cups
Salt
1 tsp
Black Pepper
0.5 tsp (whole)
Paprika
1 tsp
Nutmeg
0.5 tsp
Coriander
0.5 tsp (whole)
Fenugreek
0.5 tsp
To prepare Chicken Breasts in Milk, start by grinding the spices and salt well in a mortar and pestle. Then sprinkle the breasts on all sides and let them sit for 30 minutes.
Bring the milk to a boil, immerse the breasts in it, let it simmer for 1 minute and turn off the heat. Then quickly cover the pot with a lid and wrap it in a blanket, similar to how you would do with porridge or potatoes, for example. Leave for 1 hour.
The breasts should be completely covered in milk.
Afterward, remove the breasts, place them on a sieve to drain excess liquid, let them cool, and slice them into pieces.
