Gnocchi are the cousins of our dumplings. Italy is their homeland and there are many recipes for this dish. Different regions of the country have completely different recipes, with different fillings and sauces. Popular ingredients include cheese, spinach, potatoes, pumpkin, stale bread, cornmeal... You can experiment with them endlessly. I suggest making chicken gnocchi in a steamer, it's hearty, delicious, and healthy. Be sure to make a sauce, they will be a bit dry without it.

Flour
0.43 cups
Eggs
2 pieces
Onion
2 pieces
Garlic
3 cloves
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
Salt
1.5 tsp
Cilantro
1/2 bunch
Parsley
1/2 bunch
To make chicken gnocchi, pass chicken breast through a meat grinder, as well as onion, herbs, and garlic.
Add eggs, flour, and mix thoroughly. Also add salt, pepper, and mix again.
Shape small balls from the resulting mixture (wet your hands with water). Place them in a steamer and cook for 20 minutes.
Serve chicken gnocchi with sauce - cheese, sour cream or tomato, to your taste.
