This recipe is simple, with just three ingredients, but the result is a juicy and flavorful chicken breast. You can add it cold to salads, sandwiches, pates, etc., without any extra oil or fat. Dried garlic and soy sauce work really well together here, no additional salt is needed, everything is in moderation, very tasty and juicy!

To prepare juicy chicken breast in the oven, wash the meat, trim any membranes and excess fat.
Generously sprinkle the breasts on all sides with dried garlic.
Then add soy sauce here, so that it covers the breasts halfway. Dip the breasts well on all sides in the sauce, cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap. Put it in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours (or overnight).
Then take the breasts out of the marinade and wrap each piece in foil, wrap it securely so that the juice formed inside does not leak out during baking.
Place the breasts in foil on a baking sheet and put in a preheated oven at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes.
All done! The chicken breast is just perfect, there will be some broth at the bottom, which can be poured over the chicken when serving. Enjoy the incredibly tender and juicy chicken breast!
