Chicken prepared according to this recipe turns out exceptionally delicious. You can use any chicken meat, in my case I used chicken breasts. The meat is cooked in a flavorful thick tomato sauce. The dish is freshened up with vegetables and herbs, given a smoky taste with smoked sausage, and a touch of piquancy with olives. A very tasty dish that only takes 30 minutes to prepare.

18 oz (1 can, canned in their own juice)

3.5 oz (smoked)
2-3 tbsp

To prepare Spanish-style chicken, heat oil in a large skillet and fry the chopped chicken until golden brown.
Add chopped onions, garlic, bell peppers, and fry until soft. Cut the vegetables fairly large.
Then add tomatoes (blended in a blender), paprika, and sliced sausage. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
You can use tomato juice or fresh tomatoes instead of canned tomatoes.
2-3 minutes before it's done, add sliced olives, salt, pepper to taste, and herbs.
Mix well, and Spanish-style chicken is ready! Serve the dish with a side or simply with fresh crusty bread.
