Recipe such meat I think is familiar to many, it has many names (French-style meat, royal-style meat, meat under a coat...), onions, tomatoes, and meat release juice and the meat is stewed from below, and baked on top. The meat turns out incredibly juicy, with a delicious cheesy crust on top, very tasty! This method can be used not only for pork, but also for chicken breast, veal, lamb.

To prepare juicy pork in the oven, first slice the meat into slices 0.8 inches thick.
Then make shallow cuts on each side of the slice. This is necessary for the meat to marinate quickly and become very tender.
Season each slice with salt and pepper to taste. Then mix 3 tbsp. sour cream and 1 tbsp. mustard and generously coat the meat slices on both sides.
Now prepare the onion, I sliced it into thin semicircles, add a little salt, pepper, 1 tbsp. sour cream and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Mix everything well.
Slice the tomatoes into not too thin slices.
Place the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place two tomato slices on top of each slice of meat, then place the onion on top of the tomato. Place the prepared meat in a preheated oven at 375° F for 35-40 minutes.
Remove the meat from the oven after the specified time, sprinkle grated cheese on each piece and return to the oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Enjoy your juicy and flavorful meat!
