Chicken Wings in Creamy Tomato Sauce

Chicken Wings in Creamy Tomato Sauce - фото рецепта

I already have several recipes for cooking chicken wings on my website - link, chicken wings in the oven, sweet chicken wings, garlic chicken wings, but you can never have too many recipes. The secret to the incredible taste of these wings lies in the sauce, it is very delicious, aromatic, sweet and spicy... I don't know how else to describe it, you must definitely cook and try it!

Chicken Wings
2.2 lbs
Soy Sauce
4 tbsp
Garlic
3 cloves
Ground Black Pepper
to taste
For the sauce:
Butter
1/4 cup
Tomato Paste
3.5 oz
Raw Cane Sugar (or White)
2 tbsp
Salt
1/3 tsp
Garlic
1 clove
Hot Pepper
to taste
Ground Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
To prepare chicken wings in creamy tomato sauce, first prepare the wings - wash and pat dry with paper towels. Cut off the tip of the wing around the last joint (if present), then cut the rest of the wing into two parts at the joint.
Place the prepared wings in a bowl, add coarsely chopped garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper. Mix well and let marinate at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit with both top and bottom heat on. Place the prepared wings on a rack, removing any excess garlic (as it may burn in the oven), and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes (adjust the time according to your oven). The wings should be completely cooked and become golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. In a saucepan, melt butter and sugar over low heat, stirring constantly. Then add hot pepper (I used one small one) and tomato paste, mix well, add salt, mix a little more, and remove from heat. The sauce should not boil, as it may separate.
Then add minced garlic on the table and mix again.
Transfer the cooked wings to a suitable container, pour the sauce on top, and mix. Let the wings sit for 10-15 minutes to allow the sauce to soak in. Chicken wings in creamy tomato sauce are ready!
