Recipe for a light and airy dessert that won't harm your figure. This dessert is very light and delicious, and can be served with yogurt and fresh berries.
Cottage Cheese
2 cups (low-fat)

Bananas (ripe)
6 pcs.
To prepare the banana cheesecake, start by mashing the cottage cheese well with a fork (or straining through a sieve) to make the mixture more uniform. Add the egg and flour, and mix everything thoroughly.
Mash the bananas into a puree using a fork first, and then a blender.
Add the banana puree to the cottage cheese mixture and mix well. Grease a baking pan with butter (or odorless vegetable oil), spread the mixture and bake at 180 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
It's best to use a springform pan for baking.
Remove the banana cheesecake from the oven and let it cool slightly. Cut into individual pieces, garnish with marmalade and mint leaves.
