Delicious golden fasting buns that are just as good as sweet buns. Another recipe for fasting days and beyond. The filling can be changed, for example, you can use cinnamon and raisins, cinnamon and walnuts, apples, etc.
For the dough:
Water

3.5-4 cups

Coconut flakes
1/2 cup

1-2 tbsp (olive oil)

3 tbsp

To prepare coconut flakes buns from these ingredients, prepare fasting yeast dough. Mix coconut flakes with sugar and flour for the filling. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out a rectangular sheet.
Evenly spread vegetable oil with a brush and half of the filling.
Roll up the sheet into a roll and cut it into pieces. Repeat with the second part of the dough.
Place the buns in an oiled pan, cover with a towel, and let them rise in a warm place for 15-20 minutes.
Bake the coconut flakes buns in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
