Crab salad with Chinese cabbage is prepared quickly, it is light and fresh, despite the presence of mayonnaise and eggs in the recipe. The lemon juice gives the salad a special piquancy and its presence is a must. This salad will always come in handy when you need to prepare a quick snack.
Chinese cabbage

Crab sticks
350 g
Eggs
5 pcs
Corn
1 can (canned)
Cucumbers
1-2 pcs (fresh)
Dill

Green onions

Lemon juice

Mayonnaise
to taste
Salt
to taste
Black pepper

To prepare the crab salad with Chinese cabbage, chop the cabbage into cubes. Dice the eggs and crab sticks finely. Cut the cucumbers into small pieces. Open the corn and drain the liquid.
Finely chop the greens.
Mix all the prepared ingredients, add lemon juice, mayonnaise, salt and pepper (to taste). Mix everything carefully.
It is preferable for the crab salad with Chinese cabbage to rest in the refrigerator for a little while before serving. Enjoy your meal!
