Chocolate and apple cake turns out to be very delicious. Recipe for this chocolate-apple cake is not difficult, it turns out very tender and no one will refuse an extra piece.
For the batter

Cocoa powder

For the syrup
Water
1 cup
Sugar
3 tbsp
Brandy
2 tsp
For decoration
Whipped cream

To prepare chocolate and apple cake, combine melted butter, vanilla sugar, eggs, sugar, salt, and mix. Add baking powder, cocoa, milk, flour and knead the dough.
Peel and slice the apples, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Pour half of the batter into a buttered and floured pan, arrange the apple slices (leave some for decoration), pour the remaining batter over them.
Bake for 40-45 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 180-200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Make syrup for chocolate and apple cake. Combine water, sugar, brandy, bring to a boil, then cool.
Cut the baked cake into 2 layers and soak well with syrup.
If desired, you can additionally spread a thin layer of melted chocolate or condensed milk on the layers.
Place the layers on top of each other and decorate with melted chocolate, whipped cream, apple slices, and currants. Place the chocolate and apple cake in the refrigerator for three hours.
