To prepare the Bean Nut Cake, you need to soak the beans for several hours and cook them until half soft. Drain the water, let the beans cool, and grind them in a meat grinder.
Separate the eggs whites from the yolks. Place the whites in the refrigerator, and beat the yolks well with sugar until fluffy.
Add ground beans, salt, mix well, and obtain a bean dough.
Next, prepare the baking pan: grease it with butter and line the bottom with parchment paper. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the bean dough, gradually adding breadcrumbs.
Carefully mix the batter, pour it into the pan, and bake for about 40-45 minutes at 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove the baked cake, remove the parchment paper from the bottom, and let it cool.
Make the cream. Beat the sour cream with sugar using a mixer (sour cream should be at room temperature). Add blended bananas to the mixture.
Slice the cooled cake into 3 parts, trying to minimize crumbles.
