Cheesecake on a Skillet

Cheesecake on a Skillet - фото рецепта
Recipe for a delicious cheesecake made with a cottage cheese dough, baked on a skillet for 15-20 minutes. The cake is easy and quick to make, and if you prepare the cream beforehand, it's done in a jiffy. The cake has a taste similar to Napoleon, it's essential to make it in advance so it can soak well, at least for 6 hours.
For the dough:
1 pc
Cottage Cheese
1 cup
1 cup
2 cups 4 tbsp
Baking Soda
1 tsp (dissolved)
For the cream:
2 cups 2 tbsp
1 pc
1 cup
3/4 cup
2/3 - 3/4 cup (softened)
Prepare the cream for cheesecake on a skillet. Mix the egg with sugar and flour. Add milk, mix thoroughly, and place it over low heat. Cook the mixture, stirring continuously until thickened. Then, the resulting mixture needs to cool completely.
Whip the butter using a mixer, gradually adding the cooled custard mixture.
Prepare the dough for the cheesecake on a skillet. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or simply with a fork (this will make the dough more homogeneous). Add sugar, egg, vanilla, baking soda, mix, and gradually add flour. The dough should be dense but not stiff. Divide it into 6 parts.
If the skillet diameter is small, the number of dough parts can be increased.
Now roll out each part, cut out using a plate to fit the skillet size (or just estimate), transfer it to the skillet, prick with a fork, and bake until golden brown on both sides.
Be careful, the layers bake very quickly. If overbaked, they will be very dry and won't soak well.
Spread the layers with the cream and let our cake soak for at least 6 hours.
Nuts, banana chunks, or kiwi can be added to the cream according to preference.
Cheesecake can be decorated with fruits, nuts, chocolate. Let your imagination run wild! Our cake is ready!
