Chocolate Kefir Cake

Chocolate Kefir Cake - фото рецепта
This cake recipe is very simple, it doesn't require any special ingredients, everything is very easy and delicious. The cake turns out to be big, very soft, and tender. You can add pieces of prunes to the cream, it will be a perfect fit. In any case, it's very delicious!
For the batter:
Eggs
4 eggs
Sugar
3 cups
Kefir
2 cups
Baking soda
3 tsp
Vinegar
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder
1/2 cup
Flour
3 cups
Vanilla sugar
1 pack
For soaking the layers:
Coffee
8 tbsp (already prepared, strong, no sugar)
Rum
4 tsp
For the cream:
Butter
1 cup (softened)
Condensed milk
1 can
Coconut flakes
1/3 cup
To make the chocolate kefir cake, beat eggs with 1 cup of sugar. Add kefir and soda extinguished with vinegar.
In a separate bowl, mix 2 cups of sugar, cocoa, flour, and vanilla sugar.
Combine the two mixtures, the batter will be liquid, like sour cream.
Bake at 350°F for 2 layers. Let them cool. As the layers bake, they will rise. Trim any unevenness to make the layers flat (we will need the trimmings later). Cut each layer in half, resulting in 4 layers. To soak the layers, mix strong coffee and rum, and evenly soak each layer.
For the cream, beat the butter with condensed milk. Assemble the cake with 4 layers, spreading them well with the cream. Also, spread the edges and the top of the cake well.
My cream turned out a bit runny (the butter let me down), but it didn't affect the taste at all, it just absorbed more into the layers.
Sprinkle the sides of the chocolate cake with coconut flakes. Pass the cake trimmings through a meat grinder and use the resulting curls to decorate the top of the cake.
Chocolate Kefir Cake should chill in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. Enjoy your meal!
