To prepare the Swedish honey cake, beat eggs with sugar.
Add yogurt, cocoa, cinnamon, honey, orange zest, vegetable oil and beat everything with a mixer.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and add to the resulting mixture. Gently fold in.
Pour the batter into a pan and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake the cake in the oven at a temperature of 375-390°F for 35-40 minutes.
Check the readiness of the honey cake with a wooden stick.
Serve the ready Swedish honey cake, sprinkled with powdered sugar. You can create a pattern using a stencil.
